Poster Competition Guidelines
The best poster will win a $500 travel award prize and the second and third place winners will receive $250!
-Abstracts must be a maximum of 250 words or less. Do NOT include figures or tables with your abstract.
-The size of the poster board is 46 x 46 inches. Please plan accordingly.
– Presenters must arrive at the conference with their posters already printed.
– Posters must be set up during registration. Thumb tacks will be provided.
– Titles of the accepted posters will be published on the website and the program booklet.
– Applicants will be notified of their acceptance before September 1.
