Ashton and Saha are CMBE Rising Stars

Randolph Ashton, Ph.D., and Krishanu Saha, Ph.D., are slated to receive awards at the Biomedical Engineering Society's Cellular and Molecular Bioengineering (CMBE) Annual Conference January 2-5, 2013 in Hawaii.
CMBE organizers named the two as among 10 "Rising Stars" for 2013. Ashton and Saha are assistant professors of Biomedical Engineering and part of the Bio-nanocomposite Tissue Engineering Scaffolds (BIONATES) research theme at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery, University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The CMBE Abstracts Committee reported that they received more award applicants this year than ever before and selections were challenging.
Congratulations, Randy and Kris!
