President Obama's Stem Cell Executive Action


On Monday, March 9, 2009, President Barack Obama signed the Stem Cell Research Executive Order lifting former President Bush's ban on developing new lines of embryonic stem cells for research. SCRMC members James Thomson, Clive Svendsen, Tim Kamp, Derek Hei and Alta Charo were invited to attend this historic occasion.
